HELPING STARTUP BUSINESSES THRIVE
The Recovery Startup Business Refund (RSB) is a component of the Employee Retention Credit and was initiated within the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 in response to the pandemic. The RSB is a powerful cash flow solution for businesses that were established in 2020 and 2021. There are no limitations on how you can spend the cash, and no arbitrary payroll benchmarks to establish. Businesses can apply for the Refund in 2022 for the 2020 and 2021 periods.
